TEEN, COLLEGIATE AND MASTERS BODYBUILDING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, the NPC TEEN, COLLEGIATE AND MASTERS FIGURE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS and the NPC TEEN AND COLLEGIATE FITNESS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

RULES

MUSIC

All contestants MUST supply their own music.

Vulgar music will NOT be permitted.

High quality CD’s are recommended for best sound.

Posing music MUST be at the beginning of the tape or CD and MUST be the only music on the tape or CD.

Tapes and CDs will be collected at the Competitor Meetings prior to Prejudging but will be used only at the Finals.

POSING and AWARDS

All competitors will be introduced at the Finals.

The top five bodybuilding competitors in each weight class will pose.

The top five in each weight or height class will be awarded trophies plus an overall award where there are multiple classes.

IFBB PRO QUALIFIER

The MEN OVER 40, MEN OVER 50, MEN OVER 60, WOMEN OVER 35 BB and FIGURE OVER 35 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS are IFBB pro-qualifiers.

The following winners are eligible for a pro card in the IFBB: Overall winner of the Men Over 50, Men Over 60, Over 35 Women’s Bodybuilding and Over 35 Figure. The top 2 placers in the Men’s Over 40 Overall are also eligible for a pro card.

FIGURE DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition

1-piece Swimsuit Round and 2-piece Swimsuit Round with heels.

Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to do quarter turns.
