GENERAL INFORMATION

ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries (applications) must be postmarked no later than, Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

ENTRY FEES

Money order made payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS. Checks will not be accepted.
Bodybuilding/Figure/Bikini - $100.00 for each division entered.

CONTEST VENUE AND HOST HOTEL

The host hotel and the contest venue is the SHERATON HOTEL - STATION SQUARE.

Call 412-261-2000 for reservations. Mention the “NPC Bodybuilding Contest” to get the Special Contest Rate.

The deadline for the Special Contest Rate is Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Rooms will not be available after this date. Please reserve your rooms early!

PROFESSIONAL SPRAY TANNING

The tanning experts at JAN TANA will spray-tan you, in the convenience of the host hotel, using state-of-the-art full body airbrush spray.

PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKE-UP

You can get your hair and make-up done by a professional in the convenience of the host hotel.

MUSIC

Music must be on a CD. All contestants MUST supply their own music.

** PLEASE NOTE! – All Bodybuilding CDs will be collected at the competitors Check-Ins/Weigh-Ins.

MICROWAVES

Microwaves will be provided for your use in the host hotel along with a Special Bodybuilding Menu. Competitors are not permitted to have cooking devices in their rooms.

NO DUMBBELLS BACKSTAGE

Dumbbells are not permitted in the Pump-Up Area.

Competitors are advised to bring exercise bands to pump up.

TICKETS

A ticket order form can be downloaded so that you can order tickets in advance for your family and friends.

Tickets can be ordered by completing the order form and mailing it to Gary Udit, PO Box 16424, Pittsburgh, PA 15242 with a money order payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS. Please place your order as soon as possible to reserve the best seats.

No personal checks will be accepted. No tickets will be mailed after June 30, 2010. Ticket orders received after June 30 will be held at Will Call.

TRAVEL FROM THE AIRPORT

You will not need a rental car during your stay. You will find that the Sheraton - Station Square Complex includes everything you will require as a competitor and also everything to provide entertainment for your friends and family.

The Station Square Complex includes a variety of restaurants and bars, a dance club, a comedy club, a jazz club and shopping. Downtown Pittsburgh is a short walk across the Smithfield Street Bridge.

IFBB PRO QUALIFIER

The following winners are eligible for a pro card in the IFBB: Overall winners of the Men Over 50, Men Over 60, Women’s Bodybuilding Over 35 and Over 45, Figure Over 35 and Over 45, Bikini Over 35 and the top 2 placers in the Men’s Over 40 Overall.

AGE LIMITS

The age limit for the Teen Bodybuilding and Teen Figure Divisions is 19 yrs. A competitor cannot be over the age of 19 on the day of the contest. Teen Figure competitors must be 16 to 19 years of age on the day of the contest.

The age limit for the Collegiate Bodybuilding and Collegiate Figure Divisions is 25 yrs. A competitor cannot be over the age of 25 on the day of the contest.

The age limits for the Masters Figure Divisions are Over 35, Over 45 and Over 55. Competitors must be over the required age on the day of the contest.

The age limits for the Masters Womens Bodybuilding Divisions are Over 35, Over 45 and Over 55. Competitors must be over the required age on the day of the contest.

The age limits for the Masters Mens Divisions are Over 40, Over 50, Over 60, Over 70 and Over 80.

The age limits for the Masters Bikini Divisions is Over 35. Competitors must be over the required age on the day of the contest.

CROSSOVERS

Competitors are permitted to crossover into additional age groups within a Division as long as their age is within the required limits. There is an additional entry fee for each class entered.

Competitors are not permitted to crossover to a different Division.

MEDIA PASSES

Media Passes are approved by the NPC National Office at 412-276-5027.
