ENTRY INFORMATION

ENTRY DEADLINE

• Entries must be received by Friday, August 17, 2007.  
• All entries received after this date are subject to a late fee of $20.

ENTRY FEES

• A fee of $60 is due for each division entered. Each competitor will receive an Official Contest T-Shirt. 
 
• Entry fees must be paid by money order. 
 
• Please make all money orders payable to Gary Udit. No checks will be accepted. 
 
• Competitors cannot crossover into a second Division.

• The entry form must be fully completed and signed.
