ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries (applications) must be postmarked no later than, Friday, August 7, 2009.

ENTRY FEES

Money Order made payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS. No checks will be accepted.

Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Bikini - $100.00 for each division entered.

CONTEST VENUE AND HOST HOTEL

The host hotel and the contest venue is the RENAISSANCE CLEVELAND HOTEL.

Call 216-696-5600 for reservations. Mention the “IFBB North American Championships” to get the Special Contest Rate.

The deadline for the Special Contest Rate is Friday, July 24, 2009. Rooms will not be available after this date. Please reserve your rooms early!

All competitors -- 5:00 - 7:00 pm

Friday, August 28, 2009 - Late Weigh-In/Check-In:
All competitors -- 9:00 am - 11:00 am

** PLEASE NOTE! – All Bodybuilding/Fitness cassette tapes and CDs will be collected at the competitors Check-Ins/Weigh-Ins.

PROFESSIONAL SPRAY TANNING

Enhance your look onstage with a professional tan! The tanning experts at On-The-Mark Physique Tanning will spray-tan you, in the convenience of the host hotel, using state-of-the-art full body airbrush spray.

** PLEASE NOTE! – Anyone using any alternate Spray Tanning within the confines of the host hotel will be disqualified – NO EXCEPTIONS!

PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKE-UP

You can get your hair and make-up done by a professional in the convenience of the host hotel.

TICKETS

A ticket order form can be downloaded so that you can order tickets in advance for your family and friends.

Tickets can be ordered by completing the order form and mailing it to Gary Udit, PO Box 16424, Pittsburgh, PA 15242 with a money order payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS. Please place your order as soon as possible to reserve the best seats.

No checks will be accepted. Ticket orders received after August 14, 2009 will be held at Will Call.

TRAVEL FROM THE AIRPORT

You will not need a rental car during your stay. You will find that the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel is attached to the Tower City Center which includes everything you will require as a competitor and also everything to provide entertainment for your friends and family.

IFBB PRO QUALIFIER

The Overall winners of the following Divisions are eligible to turn professional and compete in the IFBB: Open Men, Over 40 Men, Over 50 Men, Open Women Bodybuilding, Over 35 Women Bodybuilding, Over 35 Figure Division, Open Fitness and Over 35 Bikini along with the top 2 placers in the Overall of Open Figure and Open Bikini.

MUSIC

All contestants MUST supply their own music.

MICROWAVES

Microwaves will be provided for your use in the host hotel along with a Special Bodybuilding Menu. Competitors are not permitted to have cooking devices in their rooms.

NO DUMBBELLS BACKSTAGE

Dumbbells are not permitted in the Pump-Up Area.

Competitors are advised to bring exercise bands to pump up.

MASTERS DIVISIONS

The age limits for the Masters Divisions are Men Over 40, Men Over 50, Women Bodybuilding Over 35, Figure Over 35 and Bikini Over 35.

MEDIA PASSES

If you need a media pass, please call the NPC National office at 412-276-5027.

TRAINERS PASS

You can now have your Trainer with you at all times! The OFFICIAL TRAINERS PASS allows the bearer full access to the backstage area.

The fee is $50 and the Trainer Pass may be purchased at the Weigh-Ins or at the door.

The bearer of the Trainer Pass must have a ticket to the event.
