NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Bodybuilding Figure Fitness Bikini

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

HOW TO QUALIFY

US Competitors – Open Division competitors need to have qualified after January 1, 2009.

Open Men - Competitors placed in the top 2 in their weight class at a national qualifying contest.

Open Women Bodybuilders - Competitors placed in the top 3 in their weight class at a national qualifying contest.

Open Figure competitors - Competitors placed in the top 5 in their height class at a national qualifying contest.

Open Fitness competitors - Competitors placed in the top 5 in their height class at a national qualifying contest.

Open Bikini competitors - Competitors placed in the top 5 in their height class at a national qualifying contest.

Canadian Competitors – Open Division competitors need to have qualified after January 1, 2009.

Any athlete wishing to compete in an Open Division of the North American Championships must have placed in the top five (5) of any class at a CBBF national event unless they are an Overall winner.


Mexican Competitors – Open Division competitors need to have qualified after January 1, 2009.

Any athlete wishing to compete in an Open Division of the North American Championships must have placed in the top five (5) of any class at a FMFF national event unless they are an Overall winner.

Teen Men, Masters Bodybuilders, Masters Figure and Masters Bikini Competitors

Teen Men, Men Over 40, Men Over 50, Women Over 35 Bodybuilders, Over 35 Figure and Over 35 Bikini competitors only need to have competed in any event, no matter when and no matter what their placing.

All athletes are subject to random drug testing.

US (NPC) MEMBERSHIP

US Competitors - All contestants must be registered as athletes with the computer service of the NPC National Physique Committee (NPC) as of August 1, 2010. For an NPC card application, contact the NPC at PO Box 3711, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 or 412-276-5027 or npcfirst@aol.com.

YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR AN NPC CARD ON THE DAY OF THE CONTEST.

CANADIAN (CBBF) MEMBERSHIP

Canadian Competitors - All contestants must have a valid CBBF Provincial Membership card. For a Provincial Membership card contact your Provincial President.

YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR A PROVINCIAL MEMBERSHIP CARD ON THE DAY OF THE CONTEST.

MEXICAN (FMFF) MEMBERSHIP

Mexican Competitors - All contestants must have a valid FMFF Membership card. For a FMFF Membership card contact your FMFF President.

YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR A FMFF MEMBERSHIP CARD ON THE DAY OF THE CONTEST.

US, CANADIAN OR MEXICAN CITIZENSHIP

You MUST be a citizen of the US, Canada or Mexico to enter this event and proof MUST be sent with your entry (copy of birth certificate, passport or military discharge).

You MUST NOT be currently under suspension by the NPC, the CBBF or the FMFF.

PROOF OF AGE

Teen Men (19 years of age or younger) must submit proof of age with entry.

Masters Men (40 and 50 years of age or older) must submit proof of age with entry.

Masters Women Bodybuilding (35 years of age or older) must submit proof of age with
entry.

Masters Figure (35 years of age or older) must submit proof of age with
entry.

Masters Bikini (35 years of age or older) must submit proof of age with
entry.

Proof of age is best accomplished by birth certificate, passport or military discharge.
